What’s right for your body?

 

ALL bodies and abilities welcome, including yoga newbies. As an RYT-200 yoga teacher, trained in accessible and trauma-informed yoga, I teach multiple ways to express the postures, so everyone will feel like they belong ... because you do!

Classes are donation-based, and in class, I’ll encourage participants to donate to an organization that advances the needs of transgender and non-binary young people.
